Pricing & Booking Conditions   (the boring bit)

• The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 4
• Children must be over 8 years of age
• The letting period is from arrival on Saturday 3 pm through to the following Saturday 10 am
  
• The rental price is from £350 to £650 per week fully inclusive of electricity, oil central heating, towels & bedlinen and unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi)
  
• A forthnightly booking enjoys a £50 discount
• A non refundable deposit of £200 is requested at the time of booking A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit with a note of the balance due 
• The balance is payable 1 month before arrival
  
• Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone. You are responsible for the full cost of hire minus any monies received from re-letting 
  
• The cottage is a no smoking property
  
• Sorry no pets
  
• For loss or damage to furniture/items you are held responsible for paying the replacement cost
